RETURN POLICY

  1. Heavy-goods nature
    Every unit we ship weighs 60 kg (132 lb) or more and is dispatched from our warehouse in China. The one-way freight cost to any destination is never lower than USD 400; therefore we do not offer free returns or “change-of-mind” refunds.
  2. Defective or damaged items
    If your product arrives defective or develops a fault under normal use within the stated warranty period, please e-mail @ingrem.com with:
    We provide after-sales support through replacement parts and setup/guide videos.
    If any part is damaged, missing, or not working properly, we will ship a new replacement part and share a step-by-step guide video to help you resolve the issue.

    Returns are not available.
    We do not accept product returns or refunds for change of mind. All after-sales cases are handled by replacement parts and installation guidance.

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the problem
  • Serial number of the unit
After verification we will, at our discretion:
a) Ship replacement parts free of charge, or
b) Supply a complete replacement unit without asking you to return the original.
You will never be asked to pay the return freight for a warranted defect.
  1. Non-defective returns / order cancellations
    Because outbound freight is a sunk cost, we cannot accept returns or cancel orders once the goods have left our facility for non-quality reasons. Please confirm specifications, dimensions and voltage before you purchase.
